Founded by Jim Pabis, following a successful seven year stint and success in industry, Saratoga Source, LLC has been in business since 1998. Since inception, Saratoga Source has been recruiting people for companies in various industries all over the U.S. Today, Saratoga Source offers organizations a combination of 20 years in business and 20 years in the military experience.

Jim Pabis, founder of Saratoga Source, LLC, capitalizes on over 20 years of both business and military experiences to help organizations recruit, retain and lead top talent. 

A success in the business world, Pabis came up with the largest cost improvement in the history of his previous employer in project engineering then became the #1 sales person in North America in a sales leadership role.

His military careeer is full of equally successful results.  He was a company commander of drill sergeants in a training environment where their company was rated #1 in the brigade three out of three years. He successfully deployed a specialized MP Detachment into Iraq managing over 23,000 detainees and brought all soldiers under his command home safely.  He was awarded a meritorious unit citation, a bronze star, and a combat action badge for his efforts. He also has commanded an explosive ordnance disposal battalion that was rated as the #1 Battalion in New York State. He currently commands a brigade of 1,800 soldiers spread throughout New York State as a Colonel in the New York National Guard.

He also brings an academic slant to the business world drawing on experience from teaching entrepreneurship at Siena College and leadership at West Point.
